You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Loads of Cash 4U is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.
You may request payments once your account balance reaches $15 For Free members. Silver members may request payout at $10 Gold members can request payout at $7.50, Platinum at $5! Members will be paid via PayPal, E-Gold or money order. There is a $2.50 processing fee for money orders and a 5% processing fee for E-Gold. Payment will be made within 30 days. If you decide to refer other people to Loads of Cash 4U you will receive 20%,15%,10%,5%,2%,1%,1% earnings on 7 levels. You must be at least 70% as active as the members you refer to get paid referal earnings. You do not have to have referals to reach payout and be paid.This site is not an MLM. It is 100% nonprofit for the owner.
We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your Loads of Cash 4U referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to rejoin Loads of Cash 4U in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way.You may not destroy or otherwise abuse our system, site, webmaster or other members. I will never use foul or abusive language to communicate with the members and will not tolerate it from the members. Use of abusive or foul language will result in immediate deletion of your membership.THIS SITE DOES NOT ADVERTISE ADULT ONLY CONTENT ADS OR ADS FOR GAMBLING. Your account may be deleted for submitting inappropriate advertising.
If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.
Inactive members are removed from our system every 15 days.Generally, I'll expect to see at least 1 cent a day average earnings. High earners should be clicking and participating highly! This is not a freeloader site. We want to offer only quality advertising and sending advertisements to those who do not even read the mails isn't quality advertising. I pay my members who are doing their part. Those who are looking for an easy, quick buck should look someplace else. Members who have signed up and not clicked a link since joining after 7 days will be deleted. The webmaster of this site has the right to remove earnings or your account for any violation of any terms. The terms can also be updated at any time. Upgraded members who have not clicked a link in 6 months will have their accounts deleted.
Inactive members who have not clicked a link in 30 days will not earn from their downlines.
Starting May 3,2006, no new ASIAN country members will be accepted into our member base. It seems a lot of you guys like to hack and cheat. Also, there is not a demand for the traffic coming from you, most likely for the same reasons. We are sorry, but a lot of our recently deleted members have been solely from these countries. A lot of them do not even speak english. There's another term... ENGLISH SPEAKING MEMBERS ONLY!!
